Custom Die Cutting

At Fultz Mfg. we work mainly with High Density Fiberboard and ABS Plastic.  We also have the ability to die cut other materials such as: 

carpet, foam, chipboard, cardboard, composite wood, and plastics. Using domestic sources for our materials is a core value of Fultz Mfg. We are currently 100% USA supplied.

Our computerized die cutting process eliminates the need for many operations including band saw, rip saw, drill press, and routers. With our die cutting capabilities our production time is more efficient than most other operations.

Over the years Fultz Mfg. has made many products for all sorts of industries from 2 inch washers to 50 inch circles and from teddy bear joints to spare tire covers and more.  Our presses can handle sizes up to 72 inches in roll goods or sheet goods.

We are always looking for new projects and products to tackle.  We have in-house die making and we are also partnered with a Michigan based laser die maker that custom makes each new steel rule die allowing for the most accurate product.  New projects can go from design to production in a matter of days.
